You send us your tender package. We then proceed to analyse specifications, drawings and all documentation. We will give you a quote to complete the job on your behalf with a clearly laid out scope of work and deliverables that you will be receiving.
After the order to proceed, we create detailed, intuitive and easy-to-understand insulation takeoffs, bill of quantities and specification schedules.
If you choose to do so, we will price the project for you using either labour hours from the software, or per metre / square metre rates that you give us.
Once we have done our final checks, we will submit the job to you before your deadline. You then can either ask us to revise any of the work we have done or you can go ahead and submit the tender to your client.
Chase Estimating will support you from the day you send us the tender all the way through to the job being successfully delivered by you and your team onsite.

As a bare minimum, you will receive colour-coded takeoff drawings, a bespoke bill of quantities and a specification schedule detailing what insulation material is allowed for each service and in each area of the job.
We always make sure that our quotes are easy to understand and fully transparent, so you know you can count on us to provide you with an honest and open experience.
We use different methods which mostly revolve around using specialist insulation takeoff software such as Ensign. A lot of it will depend on the project itself, but you can feel confident knowing it’ll be accurate and transparent.
Obviously it hinges on how large and complicated the job is but we aim to turn around most estimates in a very short period of time.
What we won’t do is rush through a job because this could lead to mistakes and goes against our quality assurance.
That being said, depending on the scope of the job, we can usually turn around most small insulation jobs in a day or 2, medium ones within a week and larger within a couple of weeks.
We will always be honest with you about whether we can meet your or your client’s deadline before we take the job on.

We quote each project on a lump sum basis so you know exactly what you will be billed once we deliver your tender to you. Each project is unique, so prices cannot be given without seeing a project first.
You will be given a no-obligation quote for each project which we will then proceed only once you give us the instruction to do so.
The best thing about this method is that you know exactly how much to build into your prelims for using our service to price the job.
